Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, promotional events, or periods of high order volume.


Shipping Destinations

Currently, Koko Velo ships to addresses within the United States.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping, but we plan to expand to additional countries in the future.


Estimated Delivery Time

After your order has been processed, estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 Business Days

  • Express Shipping (when available): 2–4 Business Days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

From time to time, we may offer Free Shipping Promotions on qualifying orders. Any applicable free shipping offers will be displayed on our website.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing:

  • Shipping confirmation

  • Tracking number

  • Carrier tracking link

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after shipment.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately.

If an order has already been shipped, we may be unable to modify the delivery address.

Orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

While we work with reliable shipping carriers, Koko Velo cannot guarantee delivery times once a package has been handed over to the carrier.

We are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather-related delays

  • Lost packages after confirmed delivery

  • Stolen packages

If you experience any shipping issues, please contact us and we will gladly assist you in working with the shipping carrier.


Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped separately depending on product availability or warehouse location.

If this happens, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.


Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged product

  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging

Our team will review your request and work quickly to provide an appropriate solution.


Refused or Undeliverable Orders

Orders returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Refused delivery

may be subject to additional shipping charges before they can be resent.

Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or U.S. public holidays.
